Our menus are second to none and reflect the freshness and diversity we believe is the key to Spanish cuisine. Using good quality olive oil, fresh vegetables, meat and fish, and our own wide-ranging experience of Spanish cooking, we produce delicious dishes which introduce the many culinary influences of Spain.

Paellas

All our paellas are served with baskets of bread and fresh salads.

Our signature dish - paella rice cooked with squid, mussels, crab, langoustines, crevettes, white fish, and other seafood in season, plus pepper and garlic, flavoured with lemon and aromatic herbs

Salads

We promise we will never chop up a drooping lettuce, scatter some cucumber over it and call it a salad. Our range of salads might include a platter of juicy beefsteak tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinegar and garnished with torn basil leaves, or perhaps a tricolour of milky mozzarella, avocado and tomato, lambs lettuce with endives or fresh prawns in home made sauce. It all depends what is fresh and in season. Our salads are a meal in themselves

Desserts and cheese

A selection of fresh fruits and cheese is an excellent way to end a typical Spanish meal. We are happy to work with you to ensure that we provide your favourite fruits and cheeses and can theme our cheese platter should you require. In addition, we can now offer a range of contemporary desserts to suit all tastes.

Hand-made by our local supplier. Choose from a wide range of delicious contemporary desserts. For example you might choose treacle tart, pecan pie, strawberry meringue gateau, chocolate roulade, lemon tart or French apple tart, all served with cream. Each one is a work of art.
